Our volunteers will be waiting at Terminal 1F from 07:00 to 18:00, holding a sign reading "CAS iMAPS Summer School 2026" at the following locations:

β’ McDonald's, Terminal 1F: waiting area for arriving participants
A vehicle will depart from the airport at the following times:

β’ 17 July: Transfer from Xiong'an to Beijing by coach bus; Transfer from Beijing to Shanhai by high-speed train (G15, 12:00-16:38, 3 hours 38 mins)
Please bring the passport or mainland China ID card used to book your train ticket when boarding the high-speed train. Mainland participants can view the purchased tickets information directly in the 12306 App. International participants please refer to the travel and accommodation arrangements table in the Appendix.
β Please do not make your own inter-city travel arrangements without consulting the organisers, as group bookings are in place.
Coach bus will be provided for all group movements including field visits and cultural tours. Participants are responsible for any personal city travel outside the official programme.
