iMAPS Platform at University of California, San Diego (UCSD) established

An iMAPS platform is established at the Center for Microbiome Innovation. The announcement at the 2026 CMI International Microbiome Meeting (CIMM) highlighted the growing impact of function-based single-cell phenotype profiling and sorting in microbiome discovery, and reviewed new applications of the iMAPS platform.
